Delivery Details

We deliver products Australia wide using our nominated agent. Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location, exact shipping costs are caluculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout. Anyone at the delivery address who accepts the goods will be presumed to be authorised to receive the goods. 

Customs and Duties 

All applicable customs fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  Abc20000 cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees. Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.  For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days for in stock items and shipping times are estimated at between 3-10 business days depending on your location. Orders that require customisation incur addition production time and the lead time will be available in the product description. Delivery times stated on our website are estimated for guidance only and we are unable to state a specific day or time when delivery will be made.
