Get a Quote
Simply submit a quote though our quote form and we will be send you an unbeatable quote.
invoice & Payment
Once the quote is accepted the invoice will be issued for payment with several payment options available.
Artwork Approval
Our staff will create the artwork for your approval and only once you are happy do we proceed to production.
Production
The production is started as per the your final artwork approval. We produce the order as quick as possible.
Delivery
Your completed order will be sent out straight to your door from our Melbourne warehouse.
NOTE: Your design is knitted in, not printed or embroidered.
Clients initial design and colours will need to be converted to a knitting program and loaded in the knitting machine.
The yarn is mounted on the knitting machine and production begin.
The yarn colors will be chosen from a palette of our standard colors to the closest match of colour provided by you.
Initial production of a sample of scarf or beanie will be started after your approval of design and colours is received and consequently than full production of your scarves and beanies order will follow once initial knitted sample is finally approved by you.
Note: The yarn used is already dyed (we don’t custom dye yarn to match Pantone colours unless order quantity is more than 800 scarves).
To finish your scarf you can also pick the Fringing colour based on the same principles.
Like most retail items, there is a cost efficiency in buying more scarves and beanies. It costs us less per scarf or beanie to produce larger batches as the set up cost always forms a large part of the overall cost of order. By spreading the set up cost across a greater number of scarves and beanie units, means the unit price comes down and you get a greater economies of scale. So it is always advisable to order a decent size batch.
Our minimum recommended quantity is 100 per design.
